Ages 18 months - 6 years

Preschool sports classes are designed to foster the child's physical, social, and cognitive development through sports. With enthusiasm and positive reinforcement, we help kids get a good work out and have a positive experience with athletics. Through creative games, activities, and drills your child will practice ball-handling skills, hand-eye and foot coordination, balance, and listening skills.

Since kids are learning constantly, there are opportunities during the class to have experiences and explore sports and life! Water breaks, circle time or disagreements over a ball, are great social situations for young kids to learn team sports principles with help from a parent and coach! Team sports principles are cooperation, deffering, individuality, expression, camaraderie, and exercise to name a few, these are important for preschoolers to practice.

Parent Participation (18 months-3 years)

Accompany your child in his/her first group sports experience! One-on-one time with your child during low structure group games and free play time supports your child's development.

Hello, I'm Coach Thomas and I am the lead instructor. I have five years of experience working with preschool aged children and have seven years instructing kids in sports.

My instructional philosophy is to pass on my genuine love for sports through enthusiasm, energy, and positive encouragement. Paying close attention to each child's personality and potential, as well as the group's dynamic, is vital to progress.
